MOBILE NOTARY FEES

CALIFORNIA FEE PER NOTARIZED SIGNATURE

The state of California set the fee at $15 per notarized signature.  (Not every signature on a document requires notarization)

MOBILE SERVICE
​

Mobile Service fee to the Beach cities 8:00am - 5:00pm is $50.  (+fee per notarized signature)​
Mobile service fees are set by the Notary and may change based on several factors: 
  • Time of day-  rush hour travel, early morning notary appointments -before 8:00 am, evening appointments -after 6:00pm.
  •  Distance traveled to location will affect mobile service fees.
  • Appointments that require more time: 
  • Notary public service at a hospital, skilled nursing, convalescent home, navigating large business campuses, parking structure fees.​


​LOAN SIGNING FEES

Residential Real Estate Closing- start at $175 - fee includes 2 signers (for more than 2 signers, please call for quote) 
Commercial Real Estate Closing- start at $250
Printing 1st set of loan documents $25 (you can also request your closing documents are overnighted directly to you.
Scan back loan package to escrow office $25

*Real Estate closing packages includes dropping documents at FedEx or UPS.

APOSTILLE FEES

The Apostille process often has varying factors that affect the service fees - please call for an itemized quote based on your particular set of circumstances.
